A Central Location Test (CLT) is a face-to-face survey method
where respondents are invited, with or without prior notice, to
some convenient place (ranging from a public meeting place to a
research field facility). This format is used for studies requiring
extensive stimulus material to be shown and/or tested in neutral,
unbiased conditions.
For example, a packaging test may require evaluating a store
shelf or display. A concept test may require real-life examination
of products and features best evaluated hands-on. Another advantage
is that Central Location Tests enable us to ensure strict control,
safety and confidentiality, which are unattainable in other
settings.
We offer Central Location Tests in a range of research
situations, including:
- concept tests
- taste tests
- product tests
- sensory research
- advertising/copy test
- packaging tests
We can provide these services in our local Tulsa facility as
well as in suitable venues throughout the nation. Our
services most often include recruitment services, interviewing and
data entry (often to a client-provided web link) as well as
complete full-service projects.
