DAN JARRETT

Native Oklahoman
President & Owner

Dan’s passion for the family business (his mother founded Consumer Logic in 1977) has allowed him to work in many roles for over 25 years conducting quantitative and qualitative custom studies.

While raised on market research, Dan’s work experience extends well beyond his home base of Oklahoma. After graduating with a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Tulsa, Dan served as an account executive for Marketing and Research Consultants (MARC) in Dallas, TX as well as Targetbase Marketing in Greensboro, NC.

Dan returned to Tulsa in 1995 to take over Consumer Logic, growing the organization into the heartland research center it is today.

HEATHER MACKAY

West Coat, East Coast & Beyond
Vice President, General Manager

Heather’s nomadic roots (born in Hawaii, raised in California, lived in New York, Ohio, Oxford, England and Pau France) helped shape her desire to better understand how measuring human behavior and emotion translates into organizational strategy.

Since getting her masters in Social Psychology and Evaluation Research from Claremont Graduate University, Heather has supported a wide cross-section of the world’s top companies (e.g. ExxonMobil, Target, Pfizer, Intel, QuikTrip, etc.) with a wide variety of strategically designed qualitative and quantitative research studies.

After arriving in Tulsa in 2008, Heather has spent many years collaborating with Consumer Logic on regional projects, officially joining the team as General Manager in 2019. Heather also serves the local community as an adjunct professor in the Business & Technology School at Northeastern State University.
